Ok, I continued to such for an answer while waiting for a reply, found the answer so I will post it here incase someone else has the same issue.

If it helps, this happens when FML is setting up my Minecraft environment. Also when it is at 99% of downloading and verified successfully on bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar

Title: Cant load Tekkit lite Version: 0.5.1 OS: Windows 7 SP1 Java Version: Java 7 update 10 (64-bit) and Java 7 Update 15 Description of Problem: I just installed Tekkit to play Tekkit lite. I keep having it say it cant launch right after downloading and verifying bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar. I have deleted the whole folder twice to force it to redownload with no luck... The error log is the same every time.
