Could you please just tell me what was the last build with the Condenser included?

Hey mates, just wanted to ask in which build the EnergyCondenser from EE was fully functional like before... I heard it's removed now, or weakened? IDK what happenend, just would like to know which was the last built is was like it should be (At least in my opinion) Thanks in advance! Justin
