jackacf

Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? thats the error message that i get all the time. it just repeats alot and there is a lot of servesr lagg. so im thinking it has something to do with that message. What should i do?

When ever i go to login to my tekkit server, it takes along time then tekkit crashes on me. I dont know whats happening! can some one help me?
