I think I Figured it out, When you are op there is a creative mode button in the top left in the inventory screen, I realized there was three modes to toggle and if it is left in the 2nd mode and you get deoped it seems to bug and keep you in that mode, so make sure your inventory looks normal and that button is not highlighted or anything before you deop someone and it seems to fix it. Thanks for the help everyone.

The Default is set to Survival nobody else has this problem but me. Anytime I logout of the server and come back in it sets me to creative mode.

I have an issue after I opped myself, anytime I log in on my Tekkit Lite server it puts me into creative mode and when I would rather be in survival mode, I also deop'd myself to try to fix this but it keeps logging me in as creative everytime I log in. I deleted my dat file on my server for my account and deleted my tekkit install on the client side and reinstalled, still no fix. Anyone have this issue?
