im only having the first issue, where it just closes after logging in. i have no upside down stuff going on. so what do i need to do to fix this? i can still play on my windows laptop but that thing is ancient and super crappy compared to my newer macbook.

so why does my regular minecraft launcher work and technic doesnt? still getting the unexpected close problem here

Mac isn't dumb it's java that sucks. somedays i wish notch had picked something else to make it with. java has always given me trouble, no matter my OS

having this same issue. Ever since the launcher updated i havent been able to use my macbook for technic. which sucks because i can use 2 gigs on the mac instead of the only one i can use on my 7 year old windows laptop which technic still works on, but is extremely laggy regular minecraft launcher still works. Really wann play hsm on my macbook cuz its faster

this is exactly what im having issues with i have java six and it wasnt until my technic launcher updated that i had a problem.

so would this fix work for HSM as well? Edit: answered my own question when i tried it.... nope. still SOL in this department. my regular minecraft works just not technic launcher at all on my mac

you know i read on the front page that people here would be helpful, but thus far, you have been nothing but a disrespectful egotistic asshole. i never said you HAD to help me i merely asked to to post a log so i could get help. i tried to update my java by going to oracle's website. After downloading it and during installation i was given a prompt that told me i needed to use OS lion , which would cost me some extra money that i frankly cant afford to spend. i tried many of the fixes in this thread and they did not work. Also as a side note: respect from me will not be demanded, it is earned by showing respect.

here's the problem im getting im running Mac OS X 10.6.8 and java 6. every time i try to download java seven im told i need Mac Lion or some stupid crap i dont wanna pay for. but yesterday technic worked fine now today i get an unexpected quit error. i have the log but im not sure how to post it cuz its over the max character limit

I want a mob that can gain xp from mobs so that way if you get surrounded and one is there you have to kill it before the rest to maximize your xp and make him lvl up. a good name would be Behemoth. i love the mod but somethings need to change like the mobs all having the same sounds. I love the leveling though.
