Last night (and still this morning) I was on a Big Dig 1.3.9 SMP server. Upon placing one of many liquiducts (no liquid running through these yet), my screen went black (except for the UI elements like the MMPS armor power and items at bottom) and then the whole client crashed after 5-10 seconds. Both times it seemed to go away randomly after a lot of disconnects. In this instance, it seemed to go away briefly when I changed some of my graphics settings (specifically Fancy -> Fast), and as soon as I changed it back it froze again, but I wasn't able to reproduce this as a fix/break.

The custom pack seems a good idea... I'll try that later. Thanks!

I've currently got the Technic Launcher and use Tekkit Lite version 0.5.7 because that's the version on a SMP server I use. However, I'd also like to use version 0.6.1 in SSP. Is there a way I can have both of these at the same time with the Technic Launcher? I tried to see if there was a command-line option that specifies the config location for the whole launcher so I could have two desktop shortcuts that each opens a separate instance of the launcher (with their own modpacks) but that seems to be a dead-end. Is there any way to do this?
