So i have been wondering just how you use the private build section i can add clients but where do you go to link them to a pack for private builds? i cant find it running v0.7 i did find how to link it if the whole pack is private but how do you do just the build private

help !!! so we moved our solder to a new server but now the client cant see it even thou the web url is the same it seems to be a server side thing but in the mean time i disided i should try re linking it ... so i pressed the unlink button and now all i get on that page is Look's like we've hit a snag! did you link the version numbers to the mods in the mod set up ?

where in the file do you put this i have tryed and nothing also the barebones pack with 1.8 selected only gives me vanilla no forge

you have open javaw processes open your task manager and kill them this happens sometimes when the server don't shut down correctly or just randomly it seams ... edit: I type to fast and misspell >.<

that works perfectly thank you for this info i had to open notepad and then search for the .bat tho i couldn't open it from the folder directly but its working great now ^^

just run the file called launch

ok downloaded the zip extracted it to a folder on my desktop, open launch file and i get C:\Users\admin\Desktop\tekkit2.0 server>java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for object heap Could not create Java virtual machine. C:\Users\admin\Desktop\tekkit2.0 server>pause Press any key to continue... then it closes when i hit anything i have 1.5 gigs of ram free atm and 78 gigs hard drive space and my proccessor is at 3% usage and it never moved... 1.1.4 worked fine

We can wait for tekkit even if we don't want to A death in the family is WAY more important than this is thanks for the updates tho Tekkit 2 will be well worth any wait time we have to endure (showing personal support)

i had a similar issue i just kept trying i think the server is over worked atm everyone is spamming this site right now and i think its just lagging out after 5 trys it just worked for me this is an awsome launcher and eveyone is wanting it so its gona be rough for a while they are even updating there server lol we are relentless with good mod products like this keep trying more than likely it will work eventually
