Today I went about downloading and configuring a SMP server, but I cannot seem to figure out how to disable mobs. I assumed I had simply forgotten to disable them in the server.properties file but to my surprise they were. I searched through what I thought were the relevant configs and the only one that seemed to be related was the bukkit.yml and changing the spawn ticks did not seem to help. I should note that Hostile mobs are controllable with server.properties non hostile mobs are not.
