Ah, I know your problem. The Technic Launcher is not yet compatible with Windows 10 yet. My computer is a windows 7 and will remain that way as i do not trust windows 10 at all because at the point of a certain update they want you to use a touch screen monitor and no mouse.

Launcher always resets back when it first got downloaded

This is really starting to tick me off because i downloaded the VOLTZ pack yesterday and its not there today and when i click remember this password on my pc it still has me sign in meaning it has been RESET!!! and in the end i loss all my progress from that day -
