Because the modpack is that new there is not that many servers running and it's kind of hard too search for them too because google thinks that you mean tekkit classic or "Tekkit: part 4" on Youtube.

Is there anyone that know a tekkit 4 server that has /tpa and /home allowed for normal players?

From what I experienced (I was online for like 5 min) from the server it's speed is always low but sometimes I get a little speed peak.
