look lethsos ive tried everything and theres still major lag spikes on my modpack, i dont know whats running at the same time or how to even kill it :'(

ive recently made a modpack a few days ago and the FPS was swell and quick, at least 110 FPS. but then two days after, it drops to 10s and 0s constantly. i have literally tried everything to fix my modpack and in the end i had to delete the .technic folder due to the deobfuscation zip thingy that i tried to fix my platform with. and when i redownloaded the .technic, guess what... the lag was still there if anyone can help me ill be so gratefull :'(

ive been working on this for a few hours now and im not sure how people manage to add flans mod with content packs on their custom modpacks WITH the content packs installed in the modpack itself, i need help
