How to charge the armor of fashion Modular Powersuits?

You have to install a mod like basic components or ic2 and charge the armor in a batbox or a battery box. -
After 5 minutes of playing Tekkit it closes my game and it says Minecraft has run out of memory. I tried allocating more ram but it will only let me allocate 1G of ram in the options menu. What should i do?
