Having the same issue on our server, powering a quarry with two steam engines has no results it just makes the black/yellow outline and never does anything or even build the framework. Also, placing landmarks doesn't effect the outline the quarry makes. Is this a tekkit issue or a server issue and a way to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
