which mod is making the ore's spawn near the surface and can that be turned off or modified by some configuration? I actually like having to mine for ore.
Yep. Happened to me too. Why would they take the hand fueling capability out? It's in all the videos and now carrying a Fuel Loader and some power with you to the moon is a must but it doesn't even talk about that in the wiki. You have to die once to find out. :P
I've had a problem with space stations on my multiplayer server. I go up and make one but then all I see is a completely black station with stars outside. And my own skin and anything i place is black. Even torches and lights! So basically I cannot see anything at all except stars outside what i assume are windows or open areas. This caused me to fall off the station as i was wandering around and back to the Overworld -- accidentally leaving my rocket in a chest i couldn't see back on the station i couldn't see. I even tried changing texture packs while i was on the station and could still never see anything.
Is this a known bug or is it somehow something just on our server. If anyone right-clicks on a Galacticraft machine like a Refinery it causes a java exception on the server and crashes it. I have to go into the console and restart it.
Do all spaceship launches from Earth (regardless of where you leave from) always land at the same place on the Moon? or is it like the Nether and the place you land is dependent on from where you launched?
Couldn't you use two computercraft terminals with wireless modems and a simple program that detects the presence or absence of a redstone signal on one box, sends a message to the other terminal which in turn repeats the redstone signal?
Yes, Rednet cable looks cool but there doesn't seem to be any Computercraft support. I suppose you can send a redstone signal into the Rednet cable (I've seen a video of the Rednet cable outputing a redstone signal and suppose it can also except an input signal but not sure).
Are there any ComputerCraft sensors (OpenCcSensors or other) that will work on getting power and heat information from BuildCraft and Thermal Expansion blocks?
I get ID mismatch errors between world and game upon attempting to log in after upgrading to server 1.0.3. Does this mean I need to trash the world and restart?
I'm having a problem upgrading to server version 1.0.3.
The host site loaded the new version and restarted. But in the console I see the following crash message...
