Teleporter plugin for multiworld?

Does anyone know of a good teleporter plugin for multiworld? I'm trying to use several different worlds with teleports. I had transporter but that didn't work very well and I'm trying to use ancient gate but that's not working right either.... if anyone can lend a hand that would be awesome! Thanks!!!
