Shadow informant

kay... did both but still same message... :/

so... I've been trying to get this launcher to work for a while and it just doesn't seem to like me. After the download and I hit run (or save then run) it shows a message box that says "The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted. The system cannot find the path specified." so is it my computer being stupid or technic playing games?
