Im having the same problem

Launcher Version: 253 Operating System: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Java Version: Java 7 Update 25 Antivirus Program: Avast! Free Antivirus Description of Problem: Whenever I try to install a modpack, the launcher makes tons of attrib.exe processes in task manager and my cpu usage stays at 100%. I can hardly move my mouse when its installing a modpack, and if I leave it installing some packs for too long, my computer freezes. Error Messages: Error Log:

Im still having this problem :/

I'm having this problem also. I cant install any of the bigger modpacks... I'll try the .jar version
