I've seen many threads teaching us how to use Bukkit plugins on Tekkit. But they're all extremely complicated when it's so simple, I've spent so much time looking up tutorials on YouTube and forums but it's ridiculously easy. I've also seen that people only show you how to do this for Tekkit Lite.
I'm stating (and someone correct me if I'm wrong); you CAN use Bukkit plugins on Tekkit Lite, Tekkit Classic, Voltz, Big Dig, etc, etc. You can use it for ANY modpack.

Requirements:
Technic Launcher
Any Tekkit Modpack
BukkitForge - that's a direct link the the latest and most stable version.
Bukkit Plugins

Downloading the correct plugins:
*EDIT: The below does work, but I've currently tested a few plugins. Downloading the latest plugin and doing the tutorial below does work.*
I've noticed that many people don't show you how to do this. But in order for the plugins to work correctly you need to download the right version.
Start up Technic Launcher and launch the modpack your server uses. Then at the bottom left of the screen it'll say "Minecraft x.x.x" (your Minecraft version).
Mine says "Minecraft 1.2.5" because I'm using Tekkit Classic.
So, now you have your Minecraft version you need to download the correct plugin. For example, I want to install the "LWC" plugin (a private chest plugin).
I would go to Google and search "LWC 1.2.5". I instantly got a direct link to the plugin files.
I scrolled down and downloaded the plugin compatible with "Minecraft 1.2.5".
Do this and download the plugins you want (for the correct Minecraft version).

The Full Tutorial:
1) Go to your server files. (For me it's "C:Users[My Username]DesktopMinecraft ServersTekkit Classic")
2) Locate the "Plugins" folder. If there isn't one, create one titled exactly "plugins".
3) Put all your plugins that you've downloaded in that folder. If you've downloaded the .zip/.rar folder then extract it into the plugins folder.
NB: Make sure all the files in the plugins folder are ".jar"
4) Put the "BukkitForge-latest.jar" in the "mods" folder.
5) Run "launch.bat"
6) Play on your server and your mods will be installed
Note; you can use PermissionsEx to give players/groups permissions etc.
If you launch the server and go into the "plugins" folder you can customize and edit the mod settings.
