Is the startup batch file the launch.bat file?

Problem solved. I was starting my server from minecraft_server.jar rather than BigDig.jar.

This is where I cash in on that apology for overlooking something elementary. I knew I needed to rename a jar file to craftbukkit.jar to get things working. I renamed minecraft_server instead of BigDig. The guy who does these updates for our server was unavailable today. Probably should have waited instead of tackling it myself. The problem here seems to be solved, as well as the one about the MPS in that other thread. I'll make a note over there for future reference. Thanks so much for your help.

ModularPowersuits-0.6.0-444.jar is under the mods folder on the server. If it helps, I recently discovered that I'm having similar problems with items from Galacticraft. If I try to use a buggy in creative, for example, it will disappear from my inventory. If I try to use the NEI cheat mode, I get a message saying "There is no such item with ID 20366." As far as EAST2317's suggestion to remove the NEI Plugins, to my knowledge, it isn't there unless it's called something other than something similar to "NEI plugins." CanVox, I can only imagine today has been super busy for you, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to reply to my posts. I apologize in advance if I'm overlooking something elementary.

Clicking on any of the blank slots in my inventory results in "Disconnected by server. Internal server error." It doesn't seem to generate a crash report, but i get this from the server log. I've updated to 1.3.5. Everything is fresh and brand new.

I checked and double checked I was using 1.3.5. I can get a tinker table in creative. When I lay it down, it disappears. If I create it using mats, I'm unable to pull it off of the crafting table. If I try to use cheat mode, I get "There is no such item with ID 1220." Thoughts?
