pressing R to open up GUI for Galacticraft not working.

Launcher Version: 1.5.1 Operating System: Windows 7 , core i5 , Java Version: most recent Antivirus Program: Norton Description of Problem: In Tekkit main, i created a world in creative mode, tried to press "R" in order to equip oxygen tanks , and parachute but the GUI doesn't pop up, it just makes a clicking sound and nothing happens. Error Messages: N/A Error Log: N/A
