Will this texture pack for technic 7 work fine with technic 6.0.7?

Can somebody explain me how could I play Technic from a non-Appdata folder? I didn`t found any options in a launcher. And this memory allocate option - I already did it, and my value is not in a list, how can I disable it? Thanks in advance.
