Title: Dimensional Doors Death Glitch?

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Java Version: 1.7.0_09
Description of Problem:
I was exploring the dimensional doors mod and i fell for a trap and died and went to the limbo like normal. When i got back to my house, i slept in my bed. Then instead of getting out of the bed like normal it acted as if i was still in bed but it said "Your bed was missing or obstructed." This was weird because I had just slept in it. I tried clicking leave bed multiple times. I then tried the command /kill to kill myself and hopefully fix the problem. That did nothing to fix it. I restarted tekkit and went on that world to find that my character had died from the /kill command finally, but neither of the options could be clicked. I could not respawn or go to the title screen. Is there a way to fix this hopefully?
