What do you mean by "valid inventory"? Does that mean if the cart is full the cart stop at the dropoff rail?

wait wait, my cart didn't stop in the cargo dropoff rail. Do I need lever or any kind of redstone?

I just got two carts today and one is for farming and one is for the mining. I pit a advanced detector rail next to the Cargo Manager but they still won't put anything. My mining cart is full in his internal chest but still didn't put anything. Anyone help?

I am waiting for the Cart Assembly to make my cart but is there any way to make the process faster without cheating?

Ok, so I was making a tank for the water and oil to make power so I can run my quarry. This is the pic of my tanks: http://imgur.com/Imf3vez I have no problem with the water tanks. Here is the pic of my water tanks and the water pump: http://imgur.com/kG2hd05 http://imgur.com/Pue76kL But my problem is that my oil tanks aren't getting much oil and here is pic of my oil pumps and my oil tanks: http://imgur.com/Yvdo3n9 http://imgur.com/3kjjoef http://imgur.com/dTM7jte <--------- This one is what inside of the second pic. The first oil pump pic is kinda near my home but the second one is really far away. This two pumps are sending oil but the oil aren't appearing in the oil tanks. Is this because of my phased pipes (teleportation pipes) or not? If you want more info on my oil pumps or the tanks, please leave a comment and I'll give you the info.

Sorry I'm posting this in a wrong forum but I'm new and I'm new at Tekkit (all) so sorry. I can't play Tekkit Lite because of it says "100% No Updates are found" and it stays that forever. Do I have to wait for couple of minutes or hours?
