Tree Capitator doesn't seem to be working on SMP?

I know what I got wrong. I was using the wrong executable. Thank you for the hint. -
I started playing Tekkit with a friend, and, the tree don't cut themselves like it should. It works on SSP, but not on my server. Is there any config I got to make or something to make it work? I added ChopTree2, but it didn't do anything, so, I wish some help on the subject. (Both me and my friend are OPed in the server)
