yeah, all staff have to show why they muted somebody. maybe the crime and punishment tab in the forums would be a sensible place to look

from my experience you have to play on the server and be helpful and nice to other players for a while before you will be considered for helper, the rank below mod

don't murder them all when you see them also they sound so sad when you murder them...
