So I recently got a nice, shiny, bright laptop with Windows 8 on it, and I can't seem to find the Jar/Bin. I wanna delete all the Technic related folders so I can restart! Please help. (Pretty dumb on this kinda stuff)

On Technic Launcher, I pressed launch on BigDig, but it hasn't started up. I've been waiting for about half an hour. It just keeps saying Launching... Any suggestions?
