What is the recommended mod to use with hexxit so that i can set permissions? (I'd like to be able to set some folk to a trusted status and others to not trusted so they can't open/interact with any items belonging to the trusted group/person). Simple is good - I'm new to this ;-)

Having an issue where when my inventory fills any excess items start orbiting/swarming around my avatar. Its usually dropped gear from mobs of a player but once it starts you cant throw items away without them getting stuck in the swarm when whatever orbiting item takes the place of the one you just threw away. The swarm obscures your vision so much its hard to do anything.

I'm a tekkit noob - just set up a basic server after playing a craftbukket one for a while. So i got used to the /back command and now its gone. Do i need to install a mod to make that work or is it buried in a config files somewhere? Also - how do i ban a mining laser?
