I was playing Hexxit, and fighting off mobs in one of those underground battle towers. I got to the bottom and opened the chest, but it just closed itself and started to throw fireballs at me. It constantly screams "Daw!". What is it and how do I kill it? I'll give more info if needed. It also seems to be invisible. I can't see the mob, I can jjust see the chest and the constant noise of the explosions and the Daw!'s. I need help! Apparently there is a room under the one I can hear the monster in, maybe something is down there.

Has anything happened? Has it stopped crashing? I am having the same problem and I need help.

This happens on servers and single player worlds.

I've been playing Hexxit for a couple hours now. I started yesterday, and everything worked fine. I had been play on it for a while. I had a couple of crashes then, but they weren't reoccurring. Now, about half an hour ago, I was playing on it and I opened a chest. I proceeded to put the items from the chest into my inventory, but when I clicked anywhere in the chest, Minecraft froze for a couple of seconds and then crashed. This has happened every time I opened a chest. I don't know what is wrong. I will post the error report if it is needed. Thanks in advance.
