  1. Reposted from minecraftforums.net 14BJF said this "I have discovered, the cause of the above is trying to install both Modloader and Forge Modloader. You can only install one or other. It is notable that some mods especially older ones, will use modloader, newer mods tend to use forge/modloader. So you need to find out which mod uses which default and don't mix them. I've installed forge/modloader now and the other applicable mods to enable mo creatures to work. Everything works correctly. " in reference to the last line of the error log: "Vec3 Pool Size: ~~ERROR~~ NullPointerException: null". Granted, I really doubt this is the issue, but maybe it'll help somehow. Maybe try making sure your Java is up to date? as well as the variety of other software dependencies minecraft has? -Best of luck.
  2. Try redownloading the server and beginning again. Make sure you are using a clean folder just incase there is anything else there that shouldn't be there. Make sure your Java is up to date. Make sure you are using launch.bat I think is the file. Also, be aware that any other mods you may be trying to put in the server, if you are, are probably going to cause it to crash; i know optifine isn't really working with hexxit yet. (I have no idea of your technical know how on setting up minecraft servers, I promise I don't mean to condescending. ) If all else fails, check the Forge log and see where it got hung up. I'd post it up here for the mod dev's to take a look. Unless there is another spot. _____ Edit: Also your thread title is not indicative of the issue you are having. It should be some form of "NEI and Server not launching." If you have other issues, you should keep them in the top post.
  3. Figured I would point this out. All tools made of meteorite chips right click to automatically enchant to Magnetism I upon right click. With EnchantPlus you are able to remove enchantments from tools for the Enchanting Levels back. Meaning, inferential-ly and anecdotal-ly, that you can infinitely remove the enchantments from those tools for levels, and then re-enchant them by right clicking. Just trying to help out, -Farley
