The administartor thing didnt work, but the technic file deleting DID work but it always stays the same (i load a pack, second time thats the only pack that's there)

When i open the launcher, where you can choose your pack the only two displayed are Hexxit and 'Add a new pack' (it also says 'Loading') Can i have some help? I tried redownloading but that didnt work.
