Well then I have no idea. That worked for me, maybe it's your PC/Mac? Did you try launching it and leaving it alone? As in not clicking fullscreen as soon as you opened it?

So, I've been playing Hexxit for a while now and it's freaking awesome. But I feel that it's lacking in terms of new dimensions. So far I only know of the Twilight Forest and The Limbo. I've been thinking of adding Divine RPG (if it updated to 1.5.2) and Aether 2. Thoughts on this? DO you know if it will work? Or will my laptop explode if I try?

Dude, I fixed it, it's a problem with the 1.06 version, you need the latest version. First, download the modpack. Second, click the little cog on the bottom left corner of the Tekkit symbol. Third, click reset modpack, and checkmark use latest version. Now just click launch and it should work :)

Guys, I found out how to (kind of) fix it. Increase RAM, and when you're clicking to download the pack, just keep on clicking launch, around 5-10 trys, it should start the download.

Now, whenever I try to launch a pack besides Hexxit, it won't download the required mods and won't let launch my selected modpack!
