Missing

I've downloaded the Hexxit Server files and all, changed the properties to fit, and run the launch.bat file. It doesn't give me an error, but it stops at either [ForgeModLoader] Unloading dimension -23 or [sTDOUT] Room count! TStairs = 5, TCorr = 9, Dead End = 9, TRoom = 2, Boss = 2 and doesn't ever go any further than that. Is it just taking it's time to load, or have I done something wrong? I'd copy the full launch script its given me, but I don't know how to copy it from the cmd.
