  2. Crue: file://%APPDATA%/.technic/tekkitlite/saves should link you to the folder with the worlds saved in it. Open the directory with the same name as the world, then open 'players', and delete the .dat file named for yourself. EDIT: Forum software broke the link. Alternate means of accessing: 1. Press WIN + R, where WIN is the "Super" key, usually labeled with the Windows flag 2. Paste into the Run box %APPDATA%\.technic\tekkitlite\saves 3. Press [ OK ] Also, please don't make multiple threads for the same problem
  3. Bump since I still have the problem
  4. if 0 doesn't work, -1 might.
  5. I see, balance reasons. Let me check my unmodified config, to see if Tekkit Lite changes that I:transport.teleport.energy.loss=25 I:transport.teleport.energy.maxTransfer=100 These two lines seem to clear some things up.
  6. You are looking at the wrong Wiki. That is the Tekkit Classic wiki, and the article for the Oil Fabricator from the PowerCrystals mod. Tekkit Lite has the Oil Fabricator from the MineFactory Reloaded mod. All statements made by Vivacity relating to the mathematics are correct with regard to Tekkit Lite, but the numbers you are bringing into doubt are correct with regard to Tekkit Classic, which uses a completly different Oil Fabricator.
  7. I don't think the tesserects have a hard limit [citation needed], nor have I heard of the 25% power loss. I was actually stating not to use phased pipes because of how energy links behave when connected to power pipes, which is very wasteful. The EV consumer I don't think is manufacturable. It would require an EV transformer in its construction, which doesn't exist. The ideal choice when taking from a MFSU is an HV transformer. Craft/cheat up an EU reader, and use it on the EV consumer, wait some 10 seconds, and use it again. Report back with the consumption rate. Are you sure you are using more than 58MJ on the other end of the pipe? Ironically, even though quarries can take up to 32 MJ/t, 9MJ/t is enough for continuous operation, and 58MJ split across 6 quarries is 9+2/3 MJ/t for each.
  8. Wait, your RAM got upped from 4GB? I sure hope your system and OS are 64-bit and not 32-bit.
  9. I've read that their explosion chance is also related to how much work they are doing. I personally don't bother with them; I rather use Railcraft's boiler and industrial steam engines. Bank of them linked to a tesserect via energy conduits provides spare BC power for not only refining more oil, but also for driving my quarries. I use a set of 4 accumulators, and they will keep even the largest boiler topped off.
  10. What EV consumer? There are four tiers (one of which is unable to be manufactured, I believe). Generally, additionally, you shouldn't use phased pipes, but rather energy tesserects. This is just to save power, though. EDIT: Also, what is the charge level in the bridge (approx.) and the amount of charge in the MFSU? EDIT2: Wait, EU or EU/t? Same for MJ or MJ/t
  11. If you are just having block ID conflicts, check the GC config for the ability to customize what block IDs everything uses, and change them to something not currently used.
  12. Not that I am aware of. Nor would it eventually get automated, I believe, as there is no real practical purpose to doing this.
  13. Every now and then, I have observed situations where a group of chunks, either X or Z aligned, don't load. This never happened for me in Vanilla, even when playing 1.4.7. I am quite early in a game right now, and I have already observed the problem, just by roaming looking for materials and a site. This has been through the Single Player mode. System itself is 2x2.7GHz and 6GB Win7, launcher has configured 3GB and increased permgen. Potentially related, but I have been having problems with audiodg eating at my CPU, but I'm not sure how related it is, since in theory, the chunks would load when audiodg "idles" again, especially if I am standing right next to said chunks. http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,138528.0.html is the proper location to respond with regards to audiodg. EDIT: A bit later in the game, established a base, problems cropped up near home. This capture is from one end of the rift The minimap indicates the size of the "rift". I had been hanging around "Base", the green waypoint.
