My friend have a better computer. But I thougt that my computer is still adequate for tekkit. I've done what you say and i've installed OptiFine 1.4.6_HD_U_D5; still the same problem.

Hmm... there aren't such pipes. The routes are as minimal as they can be. Additional information: My friend doesn't have that problem/lag

What do you exactly think is inefficient pipe design?

I play Tekkit Lite on a Nitrado-Server with my friend. I don't have any lag, but only in one chunk where our house and all the machinery is. Normaly I have 30-40 fps but in that chunk I have only 5-15 fps. Why does that happen all the time and what can I do to fix it?
