Hellcraftjz

I've been getting this for a while, and it was just starting to work after installing yogbox. But after fiddling with my modded vanilla, its stopped working. Now after I try to log inot the vanilla minecraft loader, or anything in the launcher I get this: However, the game runs fine when i test it on MCpatcher, just when I try to log in it crashes and instantly closes to give me this! I hear it may be my graphics card... But I'm not sure. Can you guys lend a hand?
