I deleted the config file as well as the NEI mods in the coremods folder and mods folder. Then after manually reinstalling the NEI mods it worked. I couldn't exactly tell you why that worked but it did.

I'll be honest, I am not sure of many details other than the fact that NEI is not working any longer on my locally hosted server. I have checked the files on both my client and server, they have NEI installed, NEI plugins 1.0.4.5a and NIE redpower plugin 1.4.3.1. Still, in game, there is no presence of the mod. Though NEI is on the mods list that forge builds. Also when I first started the server a few days ago it was working fine. Actually this problem just came up last night. Was there a new version that came out and updated without my where about? What stupid thing am I not realizing to fix this problem?
