Hello my technic launcher is having some problems with loading modpacks when i start it up it gets stuck at loading and if i scroll up or down it all turns into add new modpack ive been looking on the forums for this problemm i have seen one and poeple sad ''run as administrator'' ''turn firewall off'' i have done both and it didn't work for me i got no idea what to do someone please help me with this.
