Hunter Ok i found out how do it. First you can not use any Metal in the Part Maker. Use Something like Cobblestone to make and outline for a Cast then pour Casting metal Aluminum Brass over that part you wanna make a cast for and boom you have a Cast for that part and then Tinker away.

Joker i am having the same Problem i cant make anything and the only Cast i can make is the Ingot Casting. Non of the Stencils work with any of the metals in the part builder but i'll play with the smelter abit more
