oh, did i put www? i listed for the download the dl, because i had www at first, and it wouldnt even run. but it downloads, and its the dl link, but it still doesn't work. its really bugging me, do i have the folder named wrong or something? i really need help.

my mod pack wont work. i modded and made it right i think, but its vanilla the download is https://www.dropbox.com/s/lhq2nwy15h5fath/Elektric.zip and the pack is http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/elekticity im also looking for developers. 'I'm prettey computer savvy, but i cant get this to work. also, i use 7zip, not winrar, if that's important.
