I found the problem. It was that it didnt like the custom windows theme.

My Technic launcher wont event start up and its stuck on the logo screen thing. I'm on windows 7 64bit and I have fresh versions of 64 and 32 bit javas. No error come up and I have tried many times to just leave it on for hours. Here is a screen shot of the problem: Thanks
