Yay! Problem solved, not sure how though. Think it might've had to do with how I set up the mod pack jar.

Yeah, I remembered something about that a while ago and tried doing it but it didn't fix the problem :/. I'll try double checking though...

Okay.... so I just tried replacing the modpack.jar with a newer forge version. I still get the same message as before, "Failed to Download" while trying to install.

Well, if that's the only reason for any problems then I failed hard somewhere :/. Not sure how I got the older forge version, but that's easily corrected. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, I've tried pasting the link many different ways. It's still giving me the same error :/.

So i'm trying to make a custom modpack for 1.6.4 but i've been having the same problem. It doesn't seem to download any files, it gives me an "failed to download" error whenever I try to add it to the launcher.
