(MAC) Help with starting server with more memory HELP

yes, like its all in the same folder on my desktop -
I am using MAC and i need help starting my hexxit server with more memory i have tried using the launch.bat and the .sh but the terminal keeps saying that it is unable to find hexxit.jar Any suggestions?
