Yes we were experiencing issues. The problems have now been fixed and everybody can once again join the server and enjoy! I apologize for the inconvenience this caused everybody.

You have to resister before you can post an application. You also must verify yourself. When you register on the site you should have received an email with a link to validate your account. Check your spam for folder. It's been known to end up there sometimes. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
