I dont know what I'm doing wrong... My turbine just dont start. I have a fission reactor and I put a Fission Fuel rod on it, the reactor is inside a 3x3 box of water and I made the 3x3 turbine on top of it. I can see in the thermometer that the temperature is rising from 0 to 1800+-, but the turbine does not work, I connecter a redstone conduit between the turbine and a redstone energy cell... (all this in creative mode) What else am I missing?

I want to make a fission reactor, but at the newest version of tekkit we don't have IC2 nor RedPower anymore. So how do I take power from my turbine to buildcraft engines? Every tutorial I find tells me to get a battery from IC2 :/
