How do I check how many tps the server has?

Yesterday I was on the tekkit wiki and I was looking up some numbers to do with hv arrays and mass fabricators and I calculated that to produce 1 uu every second you would need 98 hv solars to supply the input of 50000 eu a tic which would be 1mil eu a second according to my calculations which should be enough to produce 1 uu matter a second but when out into practice on the server I play on took more like 10-15 seconds per uu matter so can someone please tell me where I went wrong?

Just use the block cutter upgrade it goes all the way down to bedrock so they cant tunnel underneath it unless you are using the dome upgrade.
