cant reach servers*

I know the servers i play on r up because i talked to the owner(s) and people r commenting on how the server looks too. i can reach the server for hexxit, any servers for hexxit at all for that matter. Im a moderator on a couple of them to. plz help i dont know if i need to force update hexxit or something, i need of help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
