When i try to run Hexxit it tries to download the updates. It goes pretty fast until it gets to a .tml file. For example, it says"10% MobTower.tml..". It has been like that for 30 minutes. This is what i tried: Restart download. Delete .technic/hexxit folder and reset pack put max allocation and left nothing else open for 1 hour and 30 min
