where can i get the .app version?????

okay i use a laptop my school uses and i want to play tekkit and it wont let me every time i try to open up tekkit it says “TechnicLauncher.jar” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.someone please help me figure out how to fix this my normal minecraft.jar works fine but im not sure how to get the technic launcher to work please help
