Keep it civil and be respectful of other people and their builds. This is a mature server for mature people.
If someone asks for help, or is obviously having a bad day; be a good neighbor and lend a hand!
Griefing, stealing, or being any variety of a dick will not be tolerated.
PVP is consensual only!
[Automated mining of all varieties!] Quarry considerately. Don't quarry the overworld unless it's in your base or you've gotten permission from a mod or admin. There is a digger age meant for quarrying, as well as special dimensions like the deep dark or twilight forest that have lots of shiny ore.
Chunk loaders are allowed, and have limits built into their mechanics. Exploiting any chunk loading mechanics will not be tolerated. Info on chunk loading can be found on our forums
Do not build within 100 blocks of spawn.
Players are only allowed one mystcraft age at a time. Unwanted ages can be removed by request. When you make an age, post about it in our forums. Ages that are not listed in that thread may be deleted at any time without warning! Note that all mystcraft ages will be border limited to 5kmx5km (because lag). Donors are allowed additional ages!
All builds that include buildcraft pipes, tubes, or anything of the sort needs to be built responsibly with overflow control. If you need help with this, just ask! It's all to keep the server running happily and your machines from exploding in a massive ball of fail fire.
For pumping lava, or large quantities of any other liquid from the world, always use an ender-thermic pump. Any buildcraft pumps found in the nether or anywhere else pumping lava will be removed.
Red/White/Red is the public exchange Ender chest. Any items left clogging it up for more than a few minutes are fair game/public property. Ask before you take.
Deliberate exploitation of bugs is not acceptable and won't be tolerated.
It is disallowed to use Minefactory Reloaded for the farming of trees. Use Steve’s carts or something else.
Communicate in a professional manner with the admin staff, especially if reporting/discussing bugs/issues/reimbursement/potato.

We started the IHOC group around February of this year. We have 59 total members, with 10 of those being server admins. The server owner and primary admin is Pwnsaucier, with secondary admin and modpack maintainer Gunner76th. On average we have between 2-10 members at any given time, and look to have a goal of 10-20 online and active at any given time. Currently we have members from the USA, Norway, Netherlands, and Canada just to name a few. We would like to see full TZ coverage, so that you always have other members to interact with, because who really enjoys playing Minecraft alone?
In our Third iteration, we decided to offer something new, Faction Warfare. We have set aside a Mystcraft age just for that purpose. While open PVP is not allowed in the overworld, it is allowed within the FacWar age, meaning once you step foot in the age, you and everyone within the age is consenting to PVP. Full rules for the FacWar portion can be found on our forums at Http://ihoc.enjin.com (registration is required, whitelisting is not to read our forums).
Current up time: 24/7 with daily server reboots at 4am and 4pm EDT, 9am and 9pm GMT.
The server is for anyone that is 18+, mature, and looking for a fun place to operate and work with others. From time to time we organize for community projects, as well as various events. If you are into helping others, enjoy doing community projects, and just overall want to have a fun time, then we would like to hear from you. Those persons who have experience in doing “Let's Play” web series, or tutorials are also encouraged to apply.
To apply for whitelisting, one simply needs fill out the application found on our forums at Http://ihoc.enjin.com All applicants but be at least 18 years old, and if you have a ban, an investigation will be conducted. Just because you have a ban does not mean we won't let you join, just means we want to know the details of the situation before we make a decision.
