I am currently trying to understand why this setup is not working.
The right side runs fine, but if I try to make the elevator move up with peripheral.call("bottom","move",1,false,false), it gives me an error of "No carriage or to many carriages attached to controller".
Nevermind, I managed to get it working. The controller was registering a carriage that was closed as a target. Just hand to switch it and the computer.
